Why can I only pick certain dates?
Because your date is your postcode area's fixed route day. Our van is in your area on the same day every week, which is how we keep prices down. The dates shown are the next visits to your area.
When do I pay?
On the day, after everything is loaded, by card, cash or bank transfer. Nothing is taken online and there is no deposit.
What if I am not sure what size load I have?
Pick your best guess, then mention the detail in the notes box. The crew confirms the price on arrival before anything is loaded, and you only ever pay for what actually goes on the van.
