House clearance
Whole properties cleared with care, from one room to everything. From £119, everything included.
A house clearance is rarely just waste. It is usually a bereavement, a move into care, the end of a tenancy or a sale that cannot complete until the place is empty. We clear single rooms up to whole properties, and the crew works room by room, carefully, not with a shovel.
Anything with resale or reuse value is set aside and told to you honestly. The rest is sorted into reuse, recycling and energy recovery streams. You get a photo record of the cleared property when we finish, useful for landlords, solicitors and estate agents.

House clearance questions
How is a house clearance priced?
By van load. A quarter load is £119, a half load £179 and a full Luton van £289, all inclusive. For bigger jobs email photos of each room and we send a fixed quote the same day.
Can you clear a property while I am not there?
Yes, this is common for landlords and probate work. Arrange key collection or a lockbox code with us and we send photos before and after.
What happens to things that are still good?
We tell you. Genuinely valuable items are pointed out rather than quietly taken, and clean usable furniture goes to reuse first. You decide what leaves.
