A sofa is the item people most often get stuck with. It will not fit in the car, the council wants it left on the kerb for a week, and the charity shop says no the moment they spot a missing fire label. We carry it out from wherever it sits, on your postcode’s route day, and you never touch it.
Sofas we collect are stripped for reuse and recycling. Clean, fire labelled sofas go to reuse partners first. The rest are broken down, the timber frame is chipped, the steel springs go to metal recycling, and the foam and fabric go to energy recovery rather than a hole in the ground.

Do I need to get the sofa outside before you arrive?
No. The crew brings it out from wherever it is, upstairs included. Stairs without a lift are £20 per flight, everything else is in the price.
Can you take a sofa without a fire safety label?
Yes. Charities cannot resell them but we can still collect and recycle them. The frame, springs and foam are separated rather than landfilled.
How much does sofa removal cost?
A single sofa is £59 including labour, transport, disposal fees and VAT. Each extra item on the same visit is £20, so a full three piece suite is £99.
