Tenancies end in a hurry. Deposits depend on the place being empty, and the last carload never fits. We clear flats, house shares and student rooms on fixed route days, and because our sister brand UniMove stores student belongings for a living, term end weeks hold no surprises for our crews.

Flat clear outs are mostly furniture and bagged waste, which sorts cleanly into reuse, recycling and energy recovery. Landlords get the same photo record as house clearances, handy evidence for deposit schemes that the property was left clear.

Can you get into an apartment block?

Yes, this is daily work for us. Tell us about parking, concierge and lift booking when you book and the crew arrives prepared. Buildings with a working lift carry no stairs charge.

How fast can a flat be cleared before a checkout inspection?

Book by your area’s route day and a one bed flat is usually cleared in under two hours. We send photos when it is done, useful for the inventory clerk.

Can a landlord book while living elsewhere?

Yes, remote bookings with key safe or agent key collection are normal. Photos before and after come as standard.
